New York State Senator and Senate Judiciary Chairman Brad Hoylman Wants to Release Serial Killers, Rapists, Child Molesters, Cop Killers, Cannibals, You Name It. So long as they’re 55. Let’s Stop Him.

N.Y. State Senator Brad Hoylman, (518-455-2451 — Albany Office; hoylman@newyorksenate.gov; 212-633-8052) is sponsoring a bill that will offer early parole for ANY offender who has served at least 15 years for his crimes and has reached the age of 55 in New York State Prisons.  Brad is a member of the radical Working Families Party, though I doubt his elite New York City constituents actually walk the anti-capitalist walk promoted by WFP.  Nor will be affected by Hoylman’s radical empty-the-prisons bill, S15A.

Hoylman’s powerful position as the Senate Judiciary Chair guarantees that this insane proposition remains afloat.

But there must be exceptions, sane people might wonder.  Nope. The bill will further empower New York State’s insane parole board with powers unencumbered by anything beyond two magic numbers — 15 years served and 55 years of age.  And, oh yeah, their subjective sensing of remorse or rehabilitation, whatever that means.  Ordinarily it means that idiot liberal arts Bard professors feel they have “rehabilitated” baby killers and serial rapist-murderers by giving them fake Master’s Degrees in creative writing.  Read N.Y. Exec. Law § 259-C, the flaccid rules governing New York parole boards.  That is the only thing standing in the way of letting New York’s worst criminals hit the streets again, and it doesn’t even qualify as a speed bump.

I am compiling a list of serial killers, killer-rapists, child killers, child-rapists, child rapist-killers, plain old killers, cannibals, terrorists, and other horrific offenders who will now get another bite of the apple, as it were, to carry on with their serial-killing-rapist-child-snuffing-cannibal-cop-killer, terrorist ways if Senator Hoylman gets his way.  Remember, this is the person the New York State Democrat Party has decided to empower to pass laws involving criminal sentencing of the worst of the worst.

Please send me names of any currently incarcerated animals who have killed or raped your mother or your wife or your child or your son, or offed your loved ones, or all of the above and might walk free because of Brad Hoylman.  And by all means contact Hoylman and the bill co-signers (listed below), and let’s start a real movement to kill this bill permanently.

I grew up in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.  Three horrific criminals from that area would certainly be made eligible — happily one on of them, Kendell Francois, died in prison, after carving up women and playing with their skulls in the attic of the home he shared with his parents and sister.   But Nathaniel White is still alive, and based on his age and time served, Brad Hoylman could set him loose to torture and kill more women.

And then there’s Albert Fentress.  In 1979, the high school teacher kidnapped, raped, castrated, then cooked and ate the body parts of a local Poughkeepsie High School boy, Paul Masters.  Other boys have come forward since then to testify that he molested them, too.  Fentress was committed to a mental institution where “rehabilitation” officers repeatedly recommended his release.  I need to do more research to discover the outcome of his case, and the internet hides such information more and more as time passes.  I will update this case.
